“ We stumbled into Burger Factory around 12:45 AM last night after the Max Amini show, starving and not expecting much from a spot open that late - were we pleasantly surprised! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming (even at that hour)! There were two of them and they both greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel right at home. The service was quick, attentive, and super kind! We stayed for an hour and as we were leaving, they thanked us again, and wished us a good night, right before seamlessly helping the next customers. The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! Our order: • Crispy chicken sandwich with onion rings-perfectly crunchy and juicy. • Philly cheesesteak with fries (loaded with flavor and spot-on). • Shared jalapeño poppers (creamy, spicy, and addictive!) • Cheeseburger with halal bacon and fries - a hit with its bold toppings. • The Melt burger with poutine.. rich, cheesy gravy over crisp fries that elevated the whole meal. Everything tasted like it was made to order, no shortcuts despite the late hour. We regretted not snapping photos because it all looked as good as it tasted! What impressed us most was how busy it stayed! People kept coming in before, during, and after our visit, yet the quality and service never dipped. It’s clear this place is a go-to for late-night cravings in the area.
